GEM is 35 per cent owned by ENOC, 30 per cent by Abu Dhabi-based International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), 30 per cent by Oman Oil Company and five per cent by Thales, under the UAE Offset Programme.

The investment reflects ENOC’s commitment to Dubai’s growth as a global shipping hub.

In the air, ENOC Aviation and the Middle East’s first ISO 9002-certified aircraft refuelling operator, EPPCO Aviation, play a pivotal role at Dubai, Sharjah and Fujairah international airports with sales exceeding 100 million US gallons per annum.
