Dr. Ibrahim Guider is the Director–General of the Arab Labour Organization in Cairo.  Prior to this position he held multiple ministerial posts in the government of Libya including Secretary of youth and sports, Secretary of Social Security Fund, Secretary of Workers’ Ownership of Public Institutions Committee (Privatization), and Secretary of Manpower.  He is also the Head of Board of Directors of B.G.F. International Investment & Studies Company.

Dr. Guider has earned a Bachelor of philosophic studies & Sociology from Libyan Arab Gamaheria, Masters in political Sociology and PHD in Human Resources Development, and a PhD in Economic Sociology.
