His Excellency AbdulRahman Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah is currently
the Minister of State for the State of Qatar, and the Secretary-General of
the Gulf Cooperation Council. Mr. Al-Attiyah spent many years in the
Foreign Affairs Ministry of Qatar before assuming his role at the GCC in
2002. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Geography
from University
of Florida in Miami.
